Pretreatment Plants - Spray or Dip Type with Material Handling System and Transporter
Pretreatment Plants are used to condition the surface enabling desired adherence of paint on product. Pretreatment process is primarily designed in consultation with chemical supplier and customer, to achieve desired cleaning levels, which comprise of various stages such as Knock off Degreasing, Degreasing, Rinsing - 1 & 2, Activation, Phosphating, Rinsing 3- 4 followed by Passivation / DM water rinse, cromatising is replaced in place of phosphating for Non-ferrous products etc. Thus making it suitable for ferrous & non-ferrous components processing.
